•Orders placed after 12:00pm EST will be sent to the warehouse the 1-2 business day. These orders normally ship the next business day.

•Orders usually leave the warehouse within 24 hours of processing during business days.

•Orders placed on holidays, weekends or during the beginning and end of the month can be delayed on rare occasions.

•Once your order has been submitted, NO changes or cancellations can be made. Please review your order before placing it to ensure it is correct.

•Tracking numbers will be sent once it is becomes available. Due to spam filters and other email delivery problems if you do not receive you tracking number you can call us at 877-336-7799 and we will provide you the latest information by phone.

•Occasionally, popular items are backordered at the Herbalife warehouse. Unfortunately, we are not informed beforehand if an item is on backorder.
